Our Mission

United States Army Colonel (Retired) Peter Booker had a vision to help Veterans file claims against the government or upgrade their discharges at a low cost while maintaining elite service.  His passion for helping Veterans upgrade their discharges began in 2016 when he served on the Army’s Discharge Review Board in Washington D.C.  There, COL Booker learned what it took to receive a discharge upgrade as he was one of only ten Colonels in the entire Army selected to serve on the Discharge Review Board and vote on discharge upgrade requests received by the Pentagon.  He learned what arguments work, what to say…and more importantly, what not to say.  He has taken this knowledge and built Peter Booker & Associates into the premier, military claim and discharge upgrade service.  

COL(R) Booker served a total of 31 years on active duty in the United States Army: three years as an enlisted Infantryman and 28 years as an officer in the Adjutant General’s Corps.  He deployed four times to combat zones during his career: twice to Iraq, and once to both Israel and Kuwait.  He received his undergraduate degree from Santa Clara University in 1994 and his Master’s Degree from Murray State University in 1998.
